Essential Oils

I have always been fascinated with holistic medicine. That fascination has recently been fed by studying and using essential oils. I don’t endorse any particular group or company, but I do think that anyone who plans on using essential oils should study what they are purchasing. The commercial world of essential oils is truly one of “Let the Buyer Beware”.

There are some great success stories out there from people who have had life changing effects from using essential oils. I personally enjoy the flexibility that having a supply of my favorite oils on hand affords me. After studying properties of essential oils and carrier oils I have concocted several formulas that work well for me, and I look forward to sharing these here on Heritage Connections.
