The former Doris Faulkner married David Severe April 25, 1968 in Calipatria. Mrs Severe was a nurse at Pioneers Memorial Hospital until illness forced her retirement in 1975,
In addition to her husband, survivors are: sons, William Faulkner of Hollister, and David Faulkner of Phoenix; a daughter, Marianne Faulkner of Live Oak Springs, her mother, Mary Lamoureux of Calipatria; a sister, Rita Gelinas of Connecticut, and four grandchildren.

Funeral Services are planned at the Agent Funeral Home, Sallisaw, Okla.
Burial will be in Lone Oak Cemetery, Muldrow, Okla.
Mrs Faulkner, who was born Oct 12, 1906, in DeQueen Ark lived in Imperial County for 36 years. She last resided at 545 Orange St, Holtville.
Survivors include three daughters, Willie Nelson, Holtville; Mildred Tubia, Frank Fort, NY; and Maudie Knox, Myrtle Springs, Tex; two sons, William R, Trent, Tex, and Bobby G, Fort Smith, Ark; a brother, two sisters, 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
