Frances Lee Butler was born on August 15, 1906 in Graves County, Kentucky to Samuel Dempsey Woodward Butler and Laura Dell Faulkner.

She married M Ira Puckett on December 23, 1923.

They were the parents of Nathan Puckett, Ray Puckett, Connie Puckett, Leon Puckett, and Charles Puckett.

She died on July 9, 1974 in Napa, California.

Napa – a funeral service for Mrs Frances Lee Puckett, 67, of 3235 Laurel St., who died Tuesday, will be held today in Warren, Mich., followed by burial in the family plot at Cadillac Memorial Gardens, Waren.
Local arrangements were under the direction of the Richard Pierce Funeral Service.
Mrs. Puckett was a native of Kentucky. She lived in Michigan and Kentucky most of her life, coming to Napa in 1972 to make her home near her son, Nathan.
She was the widow of M Ira Puckett. Survivors include two sons, Nathan of Napa and Ray of Tucson, Ariz; a daughter, Mrs Connie Taylor of Columbus, Ohio, and a sister, Mrs Annie Micksell of St Louis, MO.
